Hormone Therapy (HRT)
If you searched “HRT,” you’re not alone. Most women are looking for one thing: to feel like themselves again. The hard part is sorting through the noise — outdated advice, conflicting information, and online opinions that don’t always apply to your body.
Important: We don’t do “one-time HRT prescriptions.” Hormone therapy works best when it’s personalized, monitored, and adjusted over time. That’s why our model is built for ongoing care. We’ll help you understand your options and choose what fits your symptoms, goals, and comfort level.
What HRT Can Help With
Many women notice meaningful improvement when the plan is the right fit. If symptoms are affecting your life — even if they’re “not that bad” — you deserve a discussion.
Sleep & Hot Flashes
Night sweats, overheating, insomnia, and the “wide awake at 3am” problem.
Mood & Brain Fog
Feeling flat, irritable, anxious, or like your brain “isn’t firing” the way it used to.
Body Changes
Changes in energy, recovery, and the feeling that your body isn’t responding like it used to.
Vaginal & Urinary Comfort
Dryness, irritation, recurring urinary symptoms, and discomfort with intimacy.
Sex Drive
Lower interest, reduced response, or feeling like intimacy is no longer enjoyable.
Overall Quality of Life
When you don’t feel like yourself, it affects work, relationships, and confidence.
Hormone Therapy for Perimenopause & Menopause
Hormone changes don’t start at menopause — and care shouldn’t wait until then. We evaluate and prescribe hormone therapy including estrogen, progestereone, and testosterone for both perimenopause and menopause, based on your symptoms, health history, and goals.
Estrogen
Commonly used to help with hot flashes, sleep disruption, mood changes, brain fog, and vaginal or urinary symptoms — in both perimenopause and menopause.
Progesterone
Used to protect the uterus when needed and, for some patients, to support sleep and calm. Dosing and timing depend on your symptoms, health history, and goals.
Testosterone
May be helpful for patients with low libido, reduced sexual response, or low energy (medical research shows testosterone is important for women for so many other things too!) When used, treatment is individualized based on your symptoms, health history, and goals.
You don’t have to wait. You do not need to be in “full menopause,” over 40, or a certain age to be evaluated or treated. If hormone-related symptoms are affecting your life, you deserve real options now.
Why It’s Not “Just Take Hormones”
Many providers are now offering hormone prescriptions — and that’s a step forward. But getting real results usually requires more than a quick script.
Because your body is unique
What works for your friend may not work for you. The right plan depends on symptoms, preferences, and how you respond over time.
Because follow-up is the difference
The first plan is often the starting point — not the finish line. When someone says “it didn’t work,” it’s often because it wasn't adjusted to fit YOU.
Because you deserve clarity
You should know what to expect, what’s normal, what’s not, and what the next step is. Good care removes guesswork.
Because you want to feel better safely
The goal is not just to “try something.” The goal is a plan that fits your life and keeps you supported long term.
We built The Menopause Clinic around advanced training in perimenopause, menopause, and women’s sexual health — so women can finally get thoughtful care designed for this stage of life.
