To activate ongoing care, complete Steps 1–5 below. That’s it.
Tip: Completing Steps 1–3 first helps prevent delays.

- 1 annual in-person visit
- Quarterly symptom check-ins
- Priority messaging (24-hour weekday response)
Required tier for testosterone therapy.

Concierge Care

- 4 in-person visits per year
- Unlimited video visits
- Same- or next-day scheduling (Mon–Fri)
- Extended appointment times

Activate Your Membership (In Order)
Complete these steps to activate ongoing care and allow your provider to begin/continue treatment safely.
Create your portal login
Required. All provider communication happens through secure portal messaging.

After you click the portal link, select “New Sign Up”, set your password, and log in.
Add your payment method
In the portal: Demographics → Card on File.
Upload your photo ID
In the portal: Documents & Handouts → ID Card.
Choose your membership tier
Pick the tier that fits best (Essential, Comprehensive, or Concierge).
Complete the Membership Registration Form
This confirms your tier and allows us to activate ongoing care.
What Happens Next
Once Steps 1–5 are complete, our team processes your registration and your provider reaches out through the portal within 24 business hours (Mon–Fri).
If you don’t hear from us within that window, email info@menopauselouisiana.com.
How Messaging-Based Care Works
Simple explanation
You can message your provider through the secure portal instead of booking a visit for every question. We review your update, adjust your plan when appropriate, and reply with next steps — typically within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). That means faster treatment adjustments without taking off work, waiting for an appointment, or dealing with parking, traffic, or multiple co-pays.
When a visit is needed
If something needs a real-time discussion or an exam, you can add a video or in-person visit. Some therapies (like testosterone) require additional monitoring and may require a higher tier.
