Set up secure messaging with our team

All clinical communication — questions, treatment updates, refills, lab results — comes through our secure messaging platform. It works directly from your phone, like texting.

To get started: tap the button below, download the app if prompted, create your account, and verify your phone number. You're connected.

Once you are connected, send a clear photo of your government-issued ID as your first message. Care cannot be activated until we receive it. Please do not skip this step.

Louisiana location requirement: You must be physically located in Louisiana for every interaction with The Menopause Clinic — including all messaging, visits, and clinical communications. This applies even if you are a Louisiana resident temporarily located elsewhere. If you are not currently in Louisiana, please wait until you return before initiating or continuing care interactions.

Add your payment method

Log into the patient portal to add your card on file. This is the only time you will need to use the portal.

Once logged in, go to Demographics → Card on File and enter your payment information. HSA/FSA cards are accepted.

Choose your membership tier

Select Essential, Comprehensive, or Concierge. Most patients choose Comprehensive. Testosterone therapy requires Comprehensive.

Complete the membership registration form

This confirms your tier selection and allows us to formally activate your ongoing care.


What happens next

After you complete the steps.

Within 24 business hours (Mon–Fri) — our team processes your registration and your provider reaches out through secure messaging to confirm your care is active.
You receive access to the Member Hub — a private resource with education, your symptom tracker, and everything you need between visits.
Care begins — most questions, adjustments, and follow-ups happen through secure messaging. You can also book a video or in-person visit anytime.
If you don't hear from us within 24 business hours, email info@menopauselouisiana.com.
How messaging-based care works

Care without the waiting room.

The simple explanation

You send a message through our secure platform. We review your update, adjust your plan when appropriate, and reply with next steps — typically within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).

Faster treatment adjustments without taking off work, waiting for an appointment, or multiple co-pays.

When a visit is needed

If something needs a real-time discussion or an exam, you can add a video or in-person visit. Some therapies — like testosterone — require additional monitoring and may require a higher membership tier.

Prefer visits? You can book anytime.

Messaging-based care works well for most follow-up, but some patients prefer the structure of regular visits — and that's completely fine. Visits are available to add at any time, as often as you need. Pricing depends on your membership tier.
