Step 1 — Where
Clean, dry skin on the upper thigh
Front of the upper thigh, the application area
Apply to clean, dry skin on the front of the upper thigh. Use one thigh today and the other tomorrow.
Step 2 — Apply
Spread a thin, even layer
Spreading the gel over the upper thigh
Use the full single-dose packet and spread it in a thin, even layer.
Don't rub aggressively — a gentle spread is all it needs. It absorbs on its own.
Let it dry
Allow the gel to dry fully before getting dressed — usually under five minutes.
Wash your hands
Wash thoroughly after applying. For one hour after, don't wash the area or have skin contact with others or pets at that spot.
