Ready for your next refill?
You have three options.

Refill your current plan as-is, log a check-in if anything has changed or you want your plan reviewed, or book a re-eval visit if you'd rather talk it through. A tracker check-in is required before any provider review or visit.

Plan ahead Please send your refill request at least 7 days before you run out. That gives us time to review it, follow up if anything needs clarifying, and get your prescription to the pharmacy before you're out. Requests sent with less than 7 days' notice may be delayed.

Continue without changes

Use this only if you're doing well and want the same plan, same dose, no changes. Submit your refill request and we'll take it from there.

Takes about 2 minutes. If anything has changed or you want to make sure your treatment is working the best it can, this is how we adjust your plan quickly.

Your check-in counts as your refill request. We'll review it and send your prescription — nothing else to submit.

You don't have to wait for a refill to make changes. Log a check-in whenever something feels off — and select provider review so we can take a look and follow up.

You also don't have to wait until your next scheduled visit. You can book a follow-up visit whenever you need one. Comprehensive members: included. Essential members: $50 video / $100 in-person — invoiced after booking, confirmed once paid. Either way, your tracker check-in comes first.
