All forms must be submitted at least 24 hours before your appointment. If forms are not completed on time, your visit will need to be rescheduled. We need this information to make the most of your time together.

How to join your appointment.

  • Log in a few minutes early
  • Test your camera, microphone, and Wi-Fi ahead of time
  • Use a quiet space if possible
📍 In-Person Visit
  • 700 Camp St, New Orleans, LA 70130
  • Street parking is available, and there are paid lots nearby — 732 Camp St is on the same block
  • Enter through the front door on Camp Street and have a seat in the lobby
  • Crystal will come down to greet you and bring you upstairs
  • If you arrive early, feel free to relax — Crystal will come get you at your scheduled time

Discuss evidence-based options tailored to you — both hormone and non-hormone approaches. You'll understand every option before we recommend anything.
Explain the reasoning and research behind every recommendation. You'll know where our information comes from and why it applies to you specifically.
Leave with a clear, personalized plan and next steps — even if you choose not to begin treatment immediately. There is no pressure and no obligation.

After your appointment, you'll receive a follow-up from us with next steps tailored to what we discussed.

If you choose to move forward, treatment can typically begin within 24 hours of completing membership registration. Prescriptions and lab orders are sent promptly once enrollment is complete — no weeks of waiting.

Most follow-up care happens through secure portal messaging, not repeat visits. Care that responds to you in real time, designed to fit into your life.

What about visits?
Visits are always available — we just don't require them for everything.

Video and in-person visits are always available. If something needs a real-time conversation or a new-patient workup, we can schedule that. Some situations genuinely call for it.

But most adjustments, refills, and follow-ups don't require one. That's the point.
